Congratulations to the Key Industries team on receiving two awards at the 2026 ICF Builder Awards, presented at World of Concrete in Las Vegas, for our ICF project at 21 Summer Street in Natick, Massachusetts: 2nd Runner-Up in Heavy Commercial and the People's Choice Award.
The four-story mixed-use building was originally designed with a steel structure and was redesigned around insulated concrete forms. Our crew completed the ICF installation in 70 days, helping save about 12 weeks on the schedule and 10% on building envelope costs, while keeping noise from the nearby train tracks out of the residential units.
This recognition reflects our team's dedication, craftsmanship, and hard work within the ICF industry. We're proud of our team and grateful to be recognized among the best.
